Cozy things for Fall

Cozy things for Fall

I am getting back into knitting and crocheting with the fall finally settling in here in the Midwest.

I made this cream scarf rather quickly with large knitting needles, and a very thick wool yarn. I also realized it’s a lot easier to knit without looking when using big yarn and needles.

I am also working on this charcoal gray slouchy hat, my first attempt at a hat for me to wear.

A beautiful rainbow wavy patterned afghan for a friend who just had an adorable baby girl. She is decorating the nursery in Noah’s ark, so I thought rainbows would be appropriate.

This is a mousepad I covered my self to go with my new office area, and new computer. It turned out pretty good, I used stitch witchery. The only issue is that the edges are starting to fray so I am wondering if I should use some fray check. Couldn’t hurt, right!
