I am a stay at home mom to two crazy kids who I love dearly! I love all things crafty, cute, diy, and vintage. I spend my days playing and taking care of my family, home, and crafting during nap times and late into the night. I have been married to my wonderful Husband since February 2004 and am still madly in love with him.
I started this blog as an outlet to share my creative thoughts, my life, and maybe if I’m lucky inspire others to be creative. My philosophy is to make whatever I can beautiful be it something I sew or a room I decorate. I also believe that every girl (and guy if they please) should have a lesson in sewing as it is a wonderful life skill and so empowering. Welcome to my space. I hope we can be friends and share our creative outlets. Feel free to contact me via email woollypetals@gmail.com if you have any questions or would just like to chat. :)
I think that I saw that you participated in The Pec Thing in Pecatonica, Illinois. If I read it correctly and you did, when did you go? I am signed up for this coming May (2013). I sell antiques, vintage collectibles, china, furniture and clothing. I will not be bringing clothing since I landed in the “cattle” building. (A friend told me it is dusty.) Last year, they had 12000 people.
Will you be doing it this year?
What do you find works best? Cash only?
I’ve never done a flea market or anything.
Looking for advice.
I’ve only sold on ebay since 2005. I started a booth within an antique store in Rockton, Il (TIllymint’s).
Hope you don’t mind my asking for pointers.
Thanks.

Could you please tell me the actual size of the larger Floored Quilt. I want to make a larger one and it does not indicate the size for a larger one in the description. I am thinking queen size would be the ticket form e.
Hello,
The pattern comes in one size. throw size 60″ X 72″. But it tells how to increase of decrease the size in the pattern. You can easily make it an size that is a multiple of 12″ as that is the size of the middle square of the tile and then also the size of the finished X block.
I did make a black and white one larger that is 8 x 8 tiles and is 96″ square. I hope that helps please feel free to ask anything else.
LOVE your patterns! purchasing a few – I hope – next eek!
