I realized through this I don’t have a lot of thrifted clothing anymore. From this discovery I am thinking about limiting myself to only shopping the thrift stores for a couple months. This will be a fun adventure for me along with saving some dough while I am going down sizes (slowly but surely) due to some weight loss.

Sunday: Church, and spending time with friends.

I guess this skirt could be considered a bargain since it was free. :) It was a wonderful gift from my fabulous group of Bible Study ladies for my birthday. They know me so well.

Shirt: Target

Skirt: Anthropologie (gifted)

Shoes: Steve Madden

Necklace: Forever 21

Monday: We didn’t leave the house this day. But I wanted to get dressed and look cute. So…

You can see my nice tan…ur sunburn neckline from Sunday, and trust me if my sleeves weren’t that long you would see a lovely farmers tan arms also.  This Yellow tunic is relatively new, but I just altered it to be a little more fitted since you could seriously have fit two of me in it.

Shirt/Tunic: Forever 21 ( I think it came with a belt of the same fabric which I need to find)

Cardigan: Thrifted (A.N.A brand from Jcpenny)

Capris: Banana Republic Outlet

Belt: Target

Flops: Old Navy

Last week I didn’t make it to my Weight Watchers meeting because Luke didn’t sleep much that night so we were both exhausted and cranky. :(

Thanks for stopping by!

I have decided two things from writing this post.

1. I wear a lot of blue. Even though I only am sharing two outfits this week, thinking back, I am not sure I went a day without wearing blue.  Hmm… I may need to think about other colors to enhance my wardrobe.

2. This photo angle gives me a double chin. In almost every picture. Oh well! I’m okay with it, obviously, since I’m sharing pictures of myself on the internet!

On to the Outfits!

Sunday: To church we did go

I belted my Sunday outfit again. Still not sure about the whole belt not in belt loops thing. But it worked since I had a button up top to nurse in, and I feel like I need to do more fitted on top when I wear a flowy skirt.

Top: J. Crew Outlet

Tank: Nursing tank from Target

Skirt: Banana Republic Outlet

Belt: Thrifted

Sandals: Target

Necklace: Lia Sophia

Tuesday: Ladies Bible Study

I have been looking for cute short sleeve cardigans and just found this one at Target this afternoon.  Does anybody else want to wear new clothes the same day they buy them. I always do if I am going out later. ;)

Cardigan: Target

Top: Francesca’s

Capris: Target

Sandals: Steve Madden (gift from my Bible study ladies several years ago)

Oh and I did put a necklace on when I left the house. But it’s not in the picture since Luke goes straight for them.

Yep, that’s about it! Since I am writing this on Tuesday night and Scheduling it for Wednesday I will have to update my Weight Watchers Stats  later today. I am not looking forward to weigh in as I had a rough food week.

Thanks for stopping by!

I Hate the heat! Everyone who knows me knows this fact. It has been super hot in Chicagoland recently 95+ everyday. Yet I am not a tank top and shorts kind of girl. So here I am more covered up than I should be in this weather, which only makes me warmer.

1: Running around doing errands and such.

Top: Francesca’s

Cardigan: Francesca’s

Capri’s: Banana Republic

Shoes: Target

Cuff: Vintage

I love the back of this cardigan because it’s sheer. So cute!

2: mostly hanging out at home with a quick grocery store trip

Tunic: Francesca’s

Capri’s: Banana Republic (yes the same as the last outfit) ;)

Shoes: Target

Cuff: Vintage

Wow this outfit is so similar to the last one. Yikes!

A close up of my shoes. I like them because they are open and airy which is good because it is rare in the summer to find me not wearing sandals. These shoes help me do something different while still having cool feet.

Trying out different shot ideas for WIWW. I kind like this look too. It majorly depends on the lighting/time of day.

I am linking up to Lindsey at the Pleated Poppy!

Weight Watchers is going good. Went to my first meeting in several weeks, and am down .2 lbs which is better than I thought I would do.  So here’s to tracking everyday this week!
