One of my Bible Study Ladies had her first baby the week before Easter and I made her this quilt.
It's about 30″ x 40″ the perfect size for laying on the floor, or over a car seat, or in a stroller.
I did a Whirlygig design, or at least that's what I have seen it called, for the first time. It was super quick and turned out really good and cute.
I mixed up the whirlygigs so they are not each a solid fabric and are made of 4 fabrics each. I like it a lot more this way since it's a small quilt and the gigs are pretty big, about 10″-11″ square.
