It's the Ghost Party SAL Week 3. For week 3 you will make three AHHnna Blocks. Let's get into it!
Week 3
For Week 3 make three AHHnna blocks or three Ghost blocks. You can use all the same videos from Week 2 if you need to. I suggest to check out the embroidery section in the Ghost Party YouTube mouth video.
My preference is to use 6 strands of DMC black floss and make the mouths nice and thick. I really do recommend adding the mouths. It can be daunting if you are new to embroidery, but they add just that right touch if you ask me. ;)
Can I just say that this Good Spirits Halloween Fabric line by Ruby Star Society is just a phenomenal line of fabric of the Ghost Party Quilt. The colors and prints are so good and the perfect scale. Moda Fabrics gifted me the Good Spirits Bundle to make this quilt. In return I am gifting it to someone at the end of the Season on Instagram stay tuned for that.
But for real I have not made a Ghost Party from a better single line of fabric before. LOL, to be fair I haven't made to many Ghost Party quilt from a single line of fabric. ;) But this one just hits right. I did add in two other Ruby Star Society low volume prints of the Ghosts, Kona Black of the Eyes, and a lovely Free Spirit orchid solid for the stars.
