A From:Me To:You gift for November!
A framed Joy wall hanging.
I stitched cut out fabric letters to a white fabric background, then I painted a thrifted frame this lovely teal with Martha Stewarts new paint. Her paint is so nice to work with.
I added these fun little flowers that I recently learned to make from this pin on pinterest. They are super addicting to make and very fast. I just love them.
For the patterned one, I first attached fabric to the felt with iron-on fusing. I am not sure which kind I use, but I get it at Joann's and it is wonderful. But then I just cut out the flower as the tutorial showed. Awesome!... if I do say so myself. ;)
I hope the reciepent like it as much as I do! :)
This would make a simple and easy gift anybody could make since you don't have to sew anything if you don't have a machine or can't hand sew. I would just use the iron on fusing for the letters to if I didn't sew.
I have some more gift ideas to post this week so stop back again.
Thanks for stopping by!
