The Bear Pouch is one of my original animal pouch designs and it's still one of my favorites. There's something about the little bear face with its felt eyes and muzzle that just makes people smile. I designed it to be a quick, satisfying sew, the kind of project you can knock out in an afternoon and immediately want to make another one in different fabrics.
About the Pattern
The pattern includes 7 pattern pieces and written instructions with 22 color photos walking you through every step. It starts with a full supply list and cut list so you know exactly what you need before you begin. The construction uses an 8-inch zipper (metal zippers work fine here) and fusible lightweight interfacing. You only need about a fat quarter each of your main fabric and lining, so this is a great way to use up your stash.
