This adorable reindeer is the perfect project to satisfy your creativity during the holiday rush when time is limited. It's very quick to make and you can cut out a handful at once to sew a whole herd for gifts. I love the handmade nature of these ornaments, they all come out a little bit different, and that's part of the charm. Give each one a different personality by swapping fabrics, reversing the eyes, reshaping the nose, or changing the antler direction.

About the Pattern
The pattern is a single PDF file with complete sewing instructions and pattern pieces. The finished reindeer measures 5" wide x 14" tall (without antlers and ears). It's all machine sewn, although you could hand stitch it too. You'll need quilting cotton, felt, stuffing, thread, and normal sewing supplies. I highly recommend glitter felt from Benzie Design for the ears and antlers, it adds a little bling and the stability the antlers need to stand up. The only tricky part is the ear pleat.
Companion Video
A companion video on Instagram demonstrates the ear pleat technique step by step. The link is referenced in the pattern.
