(Owl lamp found at thrift shop for $11 for baby’s room)

Because I am consumed by renovations and baby prep right now I have not been crafting. Boo! I have unfinished projects in my pile and overdue projects in my pile that I hope to complete soon.

Because the basement (where my new sewing room will be) is not complete, and I was chomping at the bit to get at the babies room (old sewing room) I took everything out of the old sewing room, made a makeshift sewing area in my husbands office and put the rest of the “stuff” all over the house. Seriously, I could be on hoarders at the moment. :)

(That is correct, with the help of two fabulous friends and my savings jar I was able to purchase my Bugaboo after my shower on Saturday)

But this allows me, in my crazy need to do something in the babies room, to get to work. So this week I am painting. It should be done tomorrow if I am lucky.

I will be sharing photos of the AMAZING baby shower thrown for me this past weekend. I feel so blessed by everyone involved. I am just waiting for pictures from my mom. :)
