Luke is 1 month old and he can’t contain himself!
I just love that he smiles and looks so excited when we hang out during his awake times.
He had his 1 month appointment today and is 9lbs 2oz. 21 3/4″ long. Growing really great. :) The past couple of days he is starting to talk to us and coo, and even laugh a bit. It is so much fun to see him change, but I also just want him to stay this size forever.
He is getting more intense when he eats and sometimes attacks me like a little barracuda. :) He is also entering the fussy stage and is still pretty laid back except that sometimes he wakes up screaming to eat and won’t stop until he is latched on.
Motherhood so far is one of the hardest yet most satisfying things I have ever done. When I get frustrated that I am not doing what he needs or that he is to fussy I just look in those eyes and am overwhelmed with love. I have a feeling he is going to be a heartbreaker with those eyes. :)

oh my goodness!!! he is precious. what a great size…he has gained a great amount of weight? gotten longer too right? Delilah is starting to do all the smiling and cooing. She has a string of fairy lights on her changing table that she likes to talk to. It is hard sometimes isn't it? i am trying really hard to just enjoy everything.
He is ADORABLE! I read some of your previous posts, and I am seriously drooling over the photo of him swaddled and sort of sitting up in red velvet(?) chair.
