It’s the Starfy Quilt Pattern Release day for both the throw quilt size and the mini quilt size.

Starfy Quilt Details

The Starfy Quilt is a Prismatic Giant Sawtooth Star quilt with 4 Border options. The throw size quilt measures 63″ square and is super fast to sew.

The fun of this quilt is creating different moods depending on the fabrics you choose for the prismatic sawtooth star, the background, and the border. Something to keep in mind with the Starfy quilt is color and fabric value counts a lot!

The Hourglass version I made on the cover photo above has lighter points and the sawtooth star gets lost a little in the background. But the HST version I made above is bold and the Star pops off the background. So you can see paying attention to how your fabrics play off each other is key!

Mini Starfy Details

Alternately I am releasing a mini version for the Starfy Quilt Pattern Release too. The mini quilt version is 17″ square and has two options. A scrappy background or a single fabric background. Plus a page at the end of the pattern gives info and fabric requirements to make a throw size quilt with Starfy Mini Quilt blocks.

Choose to make the mini quilt with a single fabric background (above left). Or choose to make the background scrappy (above right). Both options are included.
